Demonstration of a Second Soluble Antigen Associated with the Disease By

An earlier communicat ion which dealt with a soluble antigen of infectious myxomatosis (1), contained da ta indicating the presence of a second serologically active substance in the lesions and in the serum of animals acutely ill with this disease. The observations reported at this time augment the earlier findings and indicate tha t two serologicaUy distinct soluble antigens are associated with infectious myxomatosis.
